Hello folks,
I need a strong HTML developer to build a website using a theme downloaded from Themeforest. I'll supply the zipped file, graphic images, web content, complete instructions and access to the domain host. I'll also be completely available to provide support and answer any questions.

Completed project will have approximately 25 pages. Any modifications are very minor:
* Some buttons will need to be hidden.
* A Tag Cloud and Newsletter script will need to be added.
* A sitemap will need to be generated
* Hosting will be done on HostGator
* I will provide an SEO word list that will need to be included.
