Classifieds Posting Functionality

We have 5 small sites (shown in attached document) very similar to the architecture of [login to view URL] These sites currently execute RSS parsing cron jobs. We would like to add the ability for users to post free and paid classifieds listings. Simple paypal integration will be required. The same scripts written for one site will mostly be applicable to all 5 sites (except changing links), saving you considerable time and effort. See attached doc for more requirement details. Coder must have very good web 2.0 design aesthetic (CSS, XHTML, DHTML, JavaScript etc.) Coder can use [login to view URL] to find reuseable code. Keep the design clean and simple so that even the "dumbest" user can use the site easily. Coder must submit a model of the site within 3 days of bid acceptance before starting coding so that I can point out changes if necessary. Bonus will be paid based on quality of overall work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Will be hosted on [login to view URL] on a PHP5 server.
