CSS / XHTML templates

We need 3 CSS based templates which will be used for resale. They should contain no table tags and should be XHTML valid. Each should be made up of a home page and a sample inner page. Graphics used on the designs should be 100% royalty free, and should be kept to a minimum. The templates should be generally business orientated. The templates should come with layered PNG files. The templates will be one fixed width(760 pixels), one liquid design and one with "Amazon" style top tabs. ## Deliverables 1. We require the 3 CSS templates will full resale rights 2. Original PNG files should be included. 3. The templates must not include any copyrighted graphical elements. ## Platform The layouts should be cross browser compatible, Firefox, MSIE, Opera, Netscape, Safari.
