CMS for Interview website

Hi, i need a Content Management System for a website for a client of mine. I will upload a sample of the design. I am just finalising things with the designer. The website will allow for me to ad interviews via an admin login. The interviews will be in video, audio, and text format. Some will be in all formats others will be in just one or two. I would like for visitors to be able to rate the interview via a 5 star rating system. There will be a page for the list of interviews which will not only list all the interviews, and the file format they are in, but also all people to sort the interviews by, rating, Industry, File Type, and Newest to Oldest. Each interview will have their own page, which will have a picture of the person in the top left of the page, and their information including name, age, position, and website on the top right. under that their would be the rating system, and a button to hear the audio or video. and below that would the the text version of the website. As well as this i would like a blog implimented into the design. and i would like an email capture on the main page that is connected to my [login to view URL] account. I dont have a heap to spend of this only a couple of $100 so please no massive offers!!! Feel free to use a opensource cms like umbraco, but it must fit my design.
