Blog Widegets & Website Design

I am looking for a blog and website design coder who can help me with work when it comes available. I currently work in the SEO field and have good knowledge of SEO, wordpress and html. At current I may be geeting more work in the future which will include website design, blog design and widgets. The work will come from my own site and some outsourcing sites of which I have been invited to bid. **What I require...** 1. Someone who can work on and design any type of website form scratch or edit a website in html, php, ecommerce, etc. 2. Someone who can edit and design a blog from scratch or edit a given theme. 3. Someone who can install widgets and has good coding knowledge of how they work. Also has to be able to fix them if not working once integrated with site. What I'm basically looking for is a good partner to work on any type of project. You will need to work in with me by taking care of the html and design side while I will do the SEO work and client work. **Other things expected...** 1. You will also need to give me quotes on jobs and expected time frames, etc. 2. Good english is important as I expect jobs will need to be discusssed over skype or similar. 3. Depending on the job, some will pay less and some more. If we work together well, more work should become available through reputation and the outsourcing sites. Although there is no current work, I am receiving more invitations for work therefore a good partnership will be worthwhile for both parties. Please reply with an appropriate response. Regards, Chris. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
