1) I'm looking to set up a virtual sports gambling website.
(so there are no real money, but virtual money - we have a low budget, so the graphic is not important).

-->the admin section where I could add bets, imported from an XML file (for example: [url removed, login to view] , or similar bookmakers odds XML file ) that contain: type of sport, event and odds. So I would an admin pannel to select the event to publish).
- Now, there is the problem to insert the result of the event. It can be made manually (but is more more laborius) or you can us an XML file for sports result. (did you know a provider for this XML file?)
- the betting procedure would be in 3 steps (select the team (1 or X or 2), enter the ammount of money to bet, confirm the bet).
Other part of the website can be made by me in PHP/mysql (user registration, login, credit virtual money in the user betting account, have a statistic of the bettor wins, ecc ecc.). This part is not [url removed, login to view] if your price is good..ok! you can make it!
2) I would like an application developed for sports arbitrage betting. Several applications have already been developed. For example:

If you have created similar applications to any of these, please contact me via pmb and I will attach my specifications. If you would like to familiarise yourself further you can download demo software and read information from some of the above sites.
Ideally, if you have already developed an arb application, I, would like to see it running on a test server if possible.
Please only bid once you have received the specifications. This project is simple if you are already familiar with sports arbitrage trading and data extraction.
So, For 30 bookmaker I have an XML for the odds, but other bookmaker dont'have it. (you must create a robot to scan the odds in html page for 6-7 bookmakers.)
Once you have the odds (xml or parser script) you made a system to assign an ID for all equal event in various bookmakers.
This can be made manually or automatic (ok!).
Because all bookmaker use various name to indicate an event
Inter - milan 1 x 2 (bet365)
Inter F.C - milan A.c (williamhill).
So you can make a query that extract the surebet.
(all odds and event must be imported in mysql database.)
Every 2-3 minutes the script must search an variation for odds. If it is they can chance odds line in database.
The script is very easy if you have experience width sport arbitrage application.
