Basic HTML/CSS and PHP

** Please do not send canned bids ** I have a website that is about 15 pages. I need someone to make some basic changes to the site, but I need them as soon as possible. Here are the changes that we need: 1) Make a XML site map 2) change the URL structure and rename URLs 3) There are 2-3 basic forms - Validate form via JavaScript - Send Form Content via email - Make sure that all form content is sent via email to an email 4) Modify html text in a few pages - I will provide changes 5) Update a logo image by placing new text (very simple) 6) Make sure that the homepage menu is included in all pages via a header 7) Make sure site is compatible with all browsers. (XHTML) I need these changes in 2 days. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
