Admin update

I have a website and hired a company to re-create the admin of my website. and now they're telling me that they have to re-create the front end of the website to match the back end and I dont want to do that. I'm very please and happy with the front of my site and would like keep it the way it is. I'm looking for a programmer that will be able to take the newly completed admin and connect it to function with the front end of the website. any suggesstion is strongly welcomed. if you think it will be best to also re-create the front end, please state why. in your bid, please include how long it will take to complete the work and the cost.
