Additional Development & New Look required

I have a website [[login to view URL]][1]. Idea to create this site was 4 folds: 1. Users can visit, register and ask for technical support as a register user. 2. Professional users (Engineers) can visit, register and provide technical support to registered users. 3. Corporate accounts can visit, register and ask for technical support contracts and support engineers. 4. A free resource area where everyone can visit and enjoy free technical resources shared by open community. At this point, site is there, basic setup is available. All mentioned above is present...almost. But before going public I would like? to have 3 major changes made to this website: 1. I am interested to re-visit (redo)? user registration creation process, user profiles items, they way user make payments and the communication process of users to technical support engineers and vice versa. 2. Same I wanted to do for Support Engineers and Corporate accounts. 3. I would like to have a new look of the site which should be more professional and themed to technical support. Before making any bids I will suggest to login to this site as a regular user, as an engineer, and as a corporate account and you will see that lots of things are broken or need to be redone. Under free resources Video Resources part also need to be fixed. I also need to embed couple of remote support tools into the site. If you think you have better idea to address above all, let me know. I am quite open to suggestions but ultimately wanted to have a full fledge, working technical support site. Let me know how much time you will need to accomplish this. ## Deliverables I forgot to mention that I will need a working, full fledge control panel of this site also. Thanks,
