Adding Login/Registration + 3 Forms to a Website

I have a consulting project for a class. I am allowed to outsourse the web development. My client would like a website. I created a template which can be viewed at: [login to view URL]~dbbanker/ . I need someone to program the following database aspects for me using ASP or ASP.NET preferrably since that is what the server that this will end up on will be able to support. 1. User registration + login/logoff. The admin should be able to add and remove and fully edit user accounts. 2. When logged in, the user should be able to make simple text postings describing an available contracting job offering with a description. 3. When admin log in, they should be able to edit the news box text, and the text of other pages. There should preferably be the option to manipulate text attributes or use html tags, however the client is not very good at html so the more that can be user friendly, the better. 4. It would be nice to have a search feature for the listings and/or the main site. I can send you the photoshop files etc. I am a college student, so I am up all hours of the night, so you can basically contact me anytime with questions regarding the project. I also would like to add that I have a limited amount of money to offer, so please make your offer within reason for a college student's budget as I'm going to be paying for this one out of my own pocket. Lastly, I know what goes into this and that code can be recycled from your previous projects, this is a great plus since it means that you can make me a good offer since you are not coding everything from the bottom up. Just make sure that any code you use is legal and not copyrighted or anything of that sort as I do not want to get the organization in trouble.
