Convert static website to wordpress including content

We are looking for a wordpress & html ninja with great experience who is able to convert an existing static website into a wordpress site in a short period of time and is currently available. The site should be remodulated (if needed) to fit current xhtml standards and have the maximum possible compatibility with all relevant browsers (IE 6, IE 7 , IE 8 , Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome) but needs to look exactly the same as the current one. The content should also be transferred from the static pages, but we only need a subset of around 5 pages (will name them upon contracting). One subpage contains an image slider / ajax selector that also needs to be copied 1:1 As the site will be afterwards translated by us into another language we need all content to be editable and repositonable in the WP-backend. Beside the static online site, PSD layered files are also available if needed.
