Clean up the html on my index page, convert tables to CSS and name classes like wordpress Underscores theme

I have one page of html code that is old and messy. I need the code cleaned up (tables converted to divs etc) and css cleaned up Im eventually moving the whole site to Wordpress so I'd like class names and such named after the Underscores Wordpress theme. I dont need you to make it look like Underscores just name the CSS classes and divs similarly. I have enclosed my html file which has my current css styles and the Underscores html file with the Underscores css styles. My page should be fixed 989px width with 15px padding inside the 989px, and a 300px right sidebar. Don't over complicate it just clean my html and use Underscore as a guide for naming.
