Changes to be made in a WordPress website

My website is bondingcoach.com. I need a few changes made to the site. Right now, when you open up an individual article page, it has put the right-side navigation bar below, and I haven't figured out how to get it to go back to appearing to the right, so I need that fixed. Also, I have my new domain [login to view URL] redirecting to [login to view URL], but I would like to migrate the whole site to [login to view URL], and have [login to view URL] redirect to that. I also want to change the "services" tab to read "practice" instead.
Need time estimate and quote for following:
1. Migration to new URL
2. Fixing the Right Column on Article Detail Page
3. Renaming Services to read "Practice"

On homepage, right sidebar shows Recent articles widget, and on single page, it shows category widget, archive widget and meta widget. Do you want the Recent article widget visible on a single article page ?
