Add a wishlist login to header on Wordpress Site using Thesis Theme

I need a Wishlist login added to the header on this site; [login to view URL] I want a username and password field added that sends the visitor to the Download page which is the page that is used when a person logs in normally. The Wordpress theme is Thesis. The login will need to be on the top right on the yellow bar that runs form left to right behind the owners head. You'll give me the code and I'll make the changes to the site via Wordpress admin or FTP. Note: Please respond with the first word "Monkey" in the first line of your reply.
