Debt Free Calculator

I had a software program written by someone who put it in Visual Basic. The software is a debt calculating program such as you find online at [login to view URL] or other financial website. The calculator allows you to: enter your debts, interest rate, min. payment information choose between APR, highest balance, lowest payment, etc. see when your debts will be paid at constant payments, minimum payments, or if you add extra What I want is for someone to take this software and either change the code I have, or create new code, to produce a product that will sit on my website, people can download for free trial, click on a register now, pay me, receive authorization for full usage of the program, all without my intervention or having to email them anything. I do not care if you start over with new code in a new language, but I do want this fairly fast, but clean. I intend to give away the unregistered version which will allow people to try the software, but not save or produce any reports. After they register then they can do these things and receive customer support. Thank you, Roger ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows and Mac is possible, compatible for download through any internet language, i.e. Explorer, Netscape, etc
