Database filtering

I have a mailing list in .xls that I want to filter against the Tarrant County Appraisal District information. [login to view URL] Using the website's Property Data Search, I want to match the "property location" with the "owner information" (I want my list to have addresses that are owner occupied.) Then, I want to make sure that the "Total Market Value" of the property is $125,000 +. Then I want to make sure that the "Deed Date" is 2002 or earlier. **In summary,** I want to filter my current list to contain only those who are home owners with a home value of $125,000 or more, and have lived there for at least 7 years. I'm thinking this should be relatively simple, but I'm not sure. ## Deliverables Programmer will be using address information only. Names most likely will not match up. Attached is a screen shot of my list format for those bidders who have asked to see it.
