Customize / Move VBulletin Message Board

We already have a long running VBulletin message board that we would like moved to a new hosting company and also a few modifications & updates done as well. Please do NOT respond to this unless you're very familiar with VBulletin and it's "inner workings". We've hired several folks over the past 3 years & it never seems to work unless it's with someone eho had previous experience with VBulletin. If you know VBulletin and all about the "extras" that you can add onto the message board...we need you! LOL ## Deliverables First & foremost is to move the entire site (which is about 7gb) to a new hosting company. This includes all the databases, scripts & several programs that are running along on the site as well. I'd then like to have the site "freshened up" just abit. I honestly don't know what all to say here except we usually "re-do" the site every year or so & give it a new look. The last programer we hired completely re-did the site last year & gave it an entire new look. It doesn't have to be that drastic (but it can!)...maybe just a new color scheme. I just need to change the look some. I realize this is VERY vague....hopefully someone can help me out with this. We have a journal section on the site that I'd also like to make some small changes to. Nothing major...just things like linking to users profiles, their photo gallery, etc. Our last programmer had found an email program where all our users could have their own email address (on our domain). He never got around to installing this. I'd like someone who's familiar with such a program (I think there are several for VBulletin) to install this & get it up & running. We're having MAJOR problems with people signing up just to post SPAM. I need a way to filter these &/or approve all new members before they can post. I'm hoping there's a way to set up a required question to answer during the registration process and then I (along with my other Admins) can go in throughout the day to approve new members. I need a page created on the site with a link at the top of the page pointing to this page. It's a simple page...just with some information & links to other sites, an email link, etc. There's a link sharing program that goes along with VBulletin. I need this installed. We have a program on there now from a different company and I would LOVE to be able to import the links that are there...but I realize I might have to start over on this one. We also have a photo gallery program (again, one thats recommended for VBulletin). I just need it updated to the most recent version. The last tho things are we have a calendar up at the top of the page we need the link removed to and we need to change the name of the "User CP" to "User Options". I hope I've gotten everything. This seems like alot, but I think someone who's very familiar with VBulletin could handle it easily. ## Platform I have no idea here...Windows??
