Customization of a Pligg Site

I basically need a Pligg Site installed and Customized so it doesn't look like a standard Pligg Site. For examples of sites that fit this description, take a look at [[url removed, login to view]][1] and [[url removed, login to view]][2]

I need an individual who is already familiar with Pligg and what it will take to customize it.
