Customizable Sidebar in an eBook

I have an eBook that is my product that I sell....it's NOT a free eBook. I have an affiliate program as well. My eBook is a resource tool for home remodeling and my target affiliates are real estate agents and contractors. What I would love to be able to do is to be able to have personalized copies of my eBooks for my affiliates to use for their marketing purposes. For example if a real estate agent affiliate gave my eBook to their client as a closing gift and on the sidebar of the eBook it had an electronic version of the real estate agent's business card.? ? The eBook contents would remain the same and be secure but the ability for affiliates to "update" their business info on a side bar could change. The eBook software that I use is eBook Pro from the Internet Marketing Center.? I'm not sure if this can even be done or not as this is a secure software but the sidebar aspect of it might be able to be customizable.
