Custom Socket Set for delphi 2007/09

I am currently working on a chat system in delphi 2007 and i been using tclientsocket for my appliction but there no good when it comes to streaming audio or alot of data what i am after is a fully custom socket set for UDP/TCP that supports audio streaming and video and with the added function of 256 encryption to all data sent and received the sockets need to be coded so that there can take a heavy load of people over 5000 with out laging out or crashing. ## Deliverables must be able to contact me via msn or email and to have demos of the sockets working for each stage. allso once the sockets are made you will be unable to use them in any other appliction.
