Cross-Platform Launcher/Patcher (repost)(repost)(repost)

Full Description We currently have an online 3d game called Crowns of Power ([login to view URL]) and we need a new "Patcher/Launcher Application" that, after the user installs our game (made with the torque engine), will be the program linked on the desktop for them to run that will PATCH the game files to the latest versions and then allow them to LAUNCH the actual game executable when it is done so they can play. HOW APPLICATION WILL WORK See quick screen shots: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] -Main screen showing a web browser window that links to a news URL. -Ability to update the launcher itself. -Read a version file from the game directory, if the version is out of date, download a patch. -Patches that are downloaded should be applied automatically from the launcher. -Patch creation admin software. Application REQUIREMENTS -Must be multi platform and able to run on windows xp and vista and mac. -Must not require any additional runtime libraries. Means can not use Java, C# or .Net etc. -We prefer that it is written in C++ with the [login to view URL] library. -Attached is the GUI files we want used in the application to give it the branded look. All image overs and such are cut and the PSD's are in the zip files if anything else is needed. (will send on acceptance)
