Create Sales Pages and Membership Site

There are 2 phases to what I need: First: I need a 4-5 page video based sequence leading to a membership site. There will be 4-5 pages each with a video which needs to be set up. First page will be a landing page with an optin for email that will automatically go through to pages with 1st video - then similar one page sites for teaching video 2, 3 and possibly 4. I will take care of the autoresponder. On last video page (4) it will be a Sales Page to buy into the Membership site. Second Phase: I need the membership site built with 6 options: Products, Free Resources, Ilone's Insights (video updates), Members Forum, Interview page and Contact. I have designed the look of the pages - I designed a banner and exactly how I'd like the pages to look that I can give you and we can work on (in either PDF or Powerpoint). If the work is done well I will need someone to help maintain the site and to help build 2 other membership sites in the near future. I am shooting the videos at present and would like the initial 4-5 page site (pre-membership site) to be set up by Friday 8th July 2011. Then we'll move onto building the Membership site. I have been told Wordpress or Joomla is good - but happy to discuss this.
