Courier Dispatching Program

We need a courier dispatching and packing tracking system similar to what DHL, Fedex, UPS and California Overnight use. The system needs customer self service functionality so our customers can login, print their own manifests and then track an automatically assigned tracking number. Bar coding is essential and it should be easily modifiable to work with GPS systems.
