Convert two Forms to acrobat

I need a competent person with acrobat to convert 1 excel worksheet and one acrobat document to dynamic forms. The job is very simple but here is an exhaustive description The first florm is a double sided time sheet. The coder will need to convert the form to have fillable fields that my user can put stuff into. The "grey" areas on the front of the time sheet must add the values of the colum and place the answer at the bottom of the column. Also the rows on the right side of the front of the sheet must add up and insert into the end column. On the rear of the sheet users need to be able to enter numbers in each box on the grid. I MUST be able to use acrobat to easily fill in values and save the top row (where I have blacked out the contents) The users must be able to print out the filled in form. The SECOND form is an excel worksheet for purchase orders that also must be able to add up numbers in the final row and multiply the pricexthe quantity of items. The check boxes must be easy to check. The places I have left blank on the left side I must be able to use acrobat to edit and save changes to. The check boxes must be in good shape. Both PDF forms MUST have good tab order and must print out to my specifications with ease. Also must be easy to edit by my users with large text in areas where there is room on the forms. I have attached blanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform **Acrobat 6.0 or higher.**
