Convert existing POSTNUKE theme to XANTHIA

Hello and thanks for looking. This is a really really small project, as it's just a few adjustments to code. I have an existing postnuke theme (see attachment) for postnuke 0.726. It does not contain support for latest version 0.750 and Xanthia. I want you to make it compatible with 0.750 and Xanthia. Also, I have thick ugly black borders around my images on the site with this theme, I want them removed. This should just be a matter of adding border="0" or something. And last but not least you will add support for banners so that I can insert 468*60 type banners. Let's sum up : - xanthia - borders removed - banners Since this is a 30 minute job, please bid accordingly. Thanks.
