Configurable 'Slideshow' Screensaver

Envisioned product is a wizard or series of web pages where user can upload their own pictures, configure the order in which they are displayed, etc. Then an install package is created and downloaded back to the user's computer. Please see the attached requirements document as there are lot of details that go into this. The person whom I feel can deliver the highest quality product in a timely fashion will get the project regardless of price. Having said that, please know that this tool will be used to raise funds for a hospital in Ethiopia. There are, in fact, no funds available for this sort of thing and I will be paying for it out of my own pocket. I don't expect or want you to work for free, but please give me the best price you can. Thanks, Bob ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP.NET 2.0 C# is required for the web part of this. If you want to use C++ for the screensaver itself, I am okay with that, however I don't really know C++ that well and I'll have to hire someone else to review the code, which will add to the overall cost.
