C# Component create thumbnail of website

Hi I need a C# component that fetches a website and create a thumbnail out from it. The component have to be able to do the following. 1) Fetch any site requested like [[login to view URL]][1] or [[login to view URL]][2] or [[login to view URL]][3] and save as thumbnail. 2) If no page can be found it should still be able to create a thumbnail with the fx 404 page 3) NO INTEROP filers 4) the component should be able to work from any C# 2.0 Applications or C# 2.0 web applications. 5) In code it should be possible to choose saving in file formats of GIF, JPG, BMP or PNG formats 6) it should be possibele to save in different sizes either based by width or height only, or width + height. 7) if only width or height are choosen and not both, the app should automatically resize to the right dimensions. 8) Fetching website must be in a THREAD. so application dosnt lock. 9) Must be able to work with up to 8 threads at a time 10) component must be able to save in any folders including network locations. 11) component should be able to save file on FTP site if specified. 12) no open source components and no 3rd party components Do not bid in case you don't have the needed experiences, you are required to show EXAMPLES of previous work of image resizing and experience in THREADING. In case you are selected. You will be REQUIRED to supply work status every wednesday and friday and include the code you have done up to that day. Missing a status report is not acceptable. Only bid on this job if you can start immediately. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Windows IIS, Windows Vista.
