To compile existing C++ source files into an auto-installing .exe application for end user desktop access.

An existing original application is available and can be furnished for programmer reference.

The new application will:

- provide a simplified interface and be user friendly requiring no HTML or other programming knowledge from the end user

- format ready-to-upload HTML webpages by embedding user data input to user's choice of 10 to 12 HTML website templates.

We have binding legal rights to re-format these source files in any way that we see fit.

Programmer will test all functions prior to submitting finished work. Programmer will surrender edited/enhanced source files upon payment.
