Some files require information to be present in other files in order to function properly. Therefore, the order in which user define the files is important. This includes all vehicle sales order, vehicle invoices, delivery order and receipt. User will be using the Vehicle Sales Order Entry to enter all the sales details and will not need to manually enter sales transactions that result from invoiced orders. The Vehicle Sales Order Entry automatically creates sales transactions in the system.
