COM or DLL File to Create and Manage Website on Windows Server 2003(repost)

I require a DLL OR COM Object File that I can register on a Windows Server 2003 that will allow me to use an ASP script to create, edit and delete websites in IIS. I need to be able to automate the process of setting up the website in IIS and the DNS details into the DNS Server. Similar to a Control Panel such as HELM Control Panel when you go Add Domain except I need it to be accessible by me in ASP code. This should be easy if you know what you are doing. I will also require 30 days support after I have paid just to make sure i have the full understanding of how it works and if there are any bugs that need to be repaired. ## Deliverables 1. Add New Website Domain needs to be able to do the following - specify IP Address, Port and Host-Header Values for website and any domain aliases and temp urls before domain delegation - copy overall Website settings from another existing website such as Enable Logging in W3C Extended Log File Format etc. - specify Home Directory - set up standard DNS settings for website www, *, mail, ftp, (email _at_ symbol), stats, (ns1, ns2 for Domains to be set with Child Name Servers and respond to Name Server requests) - option to set up new Application Pool based on an existing Application pool and allocate it ot new website. - set Custom Errors to a specific file within website such as /[login to view URL] 2. Add New Website Domain for URL Forwwarding needs to be able to do the following - specify IP Address and Host-Header Values for website and any domain aliases and temp urls before domain delegation - specify URL to be forwarded to and set to go to "The exact URL" and set as "permanent redirection" 3. Edit exsiting website settings such as - IP Address, Port, Host Header values, Home Directory, Application Pool, Redirection to URL, Enable Logging, - all DNS settings required that were set up with Website. I basically need to access this through ASP and do so easily enough. Can you provide a glance just at what the ASP code will look like so I can be assured it is not something difficult too handle. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP Code that creates, edits IIS and DNS on Windows Server 2003 to allow a website to operate after creating or editing the website settings.
