Bulk Content Site Generator And Updater

Overview: We want a tool to automate the creation and maintenance of hundreds of websites by maintaining an online database of inputs, including things like usernames, passwords, file locations, file names, time created, etc., and taking those inputs and performing actions based on further input, doing things like connecting to 100 of our websites and overwriting a file stored in the /includes directory in each of the FTP accounts. This program has three main purposes: 1) First, to create and maintain a secure online database of specific information relating to our websites, such as usernames, passwords,file names, file locations, etc. 2) Second, to manipulate files individually or in bulk on FTP sites. 3) Third, to provide a GUI for manipulating the online database and generating reports. (Please see the attached Microsoft Word document for more details and EXAMPLES of program use) We are VERY serious about this project and this program WILL be built. We're looking for the right team to work with to make our vision for the program a reality. For those who know what they're doing, building the program should be very straightforward and relatively simple. I look forward to your questions! -Jonathan ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We're open to suggestions on the database. The end user application must run on a Windows XP personal computer.
