Betting Exchange Arbitrage Software

I require a software program that is able to identify arbitrage opportunities by scanning the markets of some of the largest online betting exchanges (examples listed below), and then place appropriate? bets on this to guarantee a risk-free profit regardless of event outcome.

It must be able to:

* Get live data feeds from around 3-5 of the major betting exchanges - these are listed below.

* Compare the same markets between exchanges, sometimes multiple markets at once, looking for arbitrage opportunities.

* Place the bets necessary to create a risk-free profit from these arbitrage opportunities across the relevant exchanges. This ideally should be done through an API, although it can be done through the website if no API is available (but still automatically).

* Logged history of bets/transactions.

* Configurable safety features, such as requiring the amount of money 'available to be matched' a certain level above that required by a bet.

* Configurable profit targets and risk levels.

Obviously this may seem confusing and I am more than happy to respond to any queries to provide more information.

Ideally I would like a coder who has worked on similar projects before.

It is not necessary for the bot to be able to operate with all of these (except Betfair, which is essential), however as many as possible without increasing the cost of the project? prohibitively would be ideal.
