Betfair Greyhound Market Laying Bot

Functionaity: This project involves coding of a specialist betting bot to use the Betfair gambling site free API. Used on a daily basis,the bot is required to connect to the internet, load selected Greyhound Markets and then march through them in time order placing Lay bets via the internet on Betfair's site according to certain confidential criteria programmed into the bot. In addition to this general overview the bot will require; a) For betting purposes each market is considered as a separate entity and must be tracked independently by the bot. Up to 2 simulaneous markets will be scheduled at any one time. The daily schedule will consist of 3 chronological stages containing 2 markets apiece. b) The ability to select between 2 staking plans for use when placing bets c) The ability for the user to stipulate minimum and maximum odds ranges in which the bot must operate or otherwise not bet. d) The ability to calculate and place bet amounts based on the selected staking plan in use. e) A stop loss facility that will terminate the bots activity if a certain level of loss is reached via losing bets f) A facility to automatically terminate the bots activity if the API fails. g) The ability to select specific Greyhound markets and establish a betting schedule for the day which the bot will then follow. h) Logging of each transaction and related market, time, bet amount, result type information. Note: The winning bidder will preferably have previous experience in coding Betfair applications and be familar with the API. It is likely that a significant degree of interraction between coder and buyer will be required in the early stages. An NDA may be required for the specific algorithms used in selecting bets to place and when. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
