Basic desktop app' with good printing

Most of this program could be done with a spreadsheet. I'm looking to provide an attractive, simple software alternative. Requires 6 graphs, some editable fields, entry boxes, basic calculation, a calender and good quality document printing. Clean, error-free printing is a must (which in my experience may rule out C# and .NET - but you can try if you're confident at producing good printouts that do not include the software interface!) ## Deliverables This is a little Windows app where the user enters information BY DATE. They can click buttons to view graphs of the data or print it out. It is basically a very simple little 'accounts' (book-keeping) application for a particular niche. It is intended for the small businessman to record sales and expenses. No complicated tax or depreciation elements, it is for someone who has a business too small for that. For programmers close to winning the bid I will supply a basic HTML page showing the rough layout. Ideally I'd like a means of automatically updating currencies via a free or very low-cost service, if you know of one. Alternatively a link to a relevant web page but I will need this feature in a future edition. When entering a figure the user needs to be able to choose between 3 different currencies, even if it means they have to enter the rate manually on a 'settings' screen. Needs an attractive, modern interface. That's about it really, software that makes doing accounts on Excel a more pleasant experience!
