Autosurf Script Modification!(repost)

Good day, I have ready made autoscript but there is abit hassle with the script. look. i need a really good rating coder here. and..meet deadline. You must be very good in PHP. Below modification needed. 1) Simple News management system - be able to add news from the admin area - this news will be displayed as a link at the members home page. - Only the first 6 latest news will be display as a link - And..when the user click it they can read the whole of list news - ability to edit add and delete news and…standard function (RTE better I guess) 2) Simple Charity System - I can activate or deactivate this charity link. - User can donate by clicking the charity link, - When user click the donate button, the system will deduct the current balance from their account - Ability to add more charity program, so means this can be more than 1 charity - Add, edit,delete and all - Report , stats, donation receive, full stats 3) User access level management - ability to add assistant - restrict certain page the user can view - add/delete/update - user log file required 4) Mass Payout - You have to look at the current script function - What I need is to make it more user friendly and understandable - Please come up with your own ideas about this 5) User Search - ability to search user - sorting option - search result (ability to delete,update,suspend account, add credit and more) - this function should be related with the user list ( please have a look at the user list function ( this is when user name clicked ) - please come up with a great and more superb search option ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
