Automate text submission to a membership website

Dear Coders, I need a software to be used in Windows XP. This software is to be used to submit bulk articles to a certain article directory (yes, only one). It will let me set up a queue of articles to submit and submit them when ran. It will allow me to select a folder (of .txt articles) and add them to the queue after selecting the author name, article topic category and author resource box. Pick author name (drop down menu) Pick article topic category (drop down menu) Enter article title (text box) Enter article summary (text box) Enter article body (text box) Enter resource box (text box) Then a "Submit" button is clicked to complete the process.
