Animated GIf Banner

I would like two banners one a regular banner the other animated, both should include the following information: with my company name: Picture2Video and slogan, "We Bring Your Pictures To Life in a Photo Montage Video." Our website is:[login to view URL], please feel free to view for ideas, look and feel. I'd like the user to know what it is that we do just by viewing the banner/animation. Please feel free to use any images on our website. I'd like it the regaular banner and animated banner to feel upscale & glamourous. Feel free to add a little sparkle just not too much, I don't like anything flashing. PLease see other specifications below: Banner: 468 x 60 Image ads must be 50K or smaller. Ad images must be clear and recognizable. Text appearing in the ad images must be legible. Restrict repetition. Animation is restricted to a maximum of 30 seconds (at a 15-20 fps frame rate). Endless loops are not allowed. Ads can loop a maximum of three times.
