Analyze Adwords

We require a customised standalone software product for our clients. It should be in line with a product called Adword Analyzer [[url removed, login to view]][1]

Details are:

* **Save time** by calculating **how many competitors are bidding on YOUR keywords** in both Google and Overture.

* **Save time** by selecting than saving specific keywords from the results in a separate text file.

* "Save as" feature allows you to **export your search results in either HTML or CSV format.**

* **Control your costs** automatically sorts from least to most Google campaigns.

* **Sort alphabetically, searches, results, R/S Ratio, Google campaigns, and Overture campaigns.

**We also require functionality for periodic updates(e.g. every 10 minutes and should be able to be set). Also the potential to brand software with affiliate links(possibly a brander software that updates the main software links with values we enter in brander software)

Also the potential to email alerts when changes occur in adwords or campaigns.

We already have a spreadsheet that does alot of this including searching Ebay for items with the keyword entered. Please let us know if this can help as a backend search engine with a nice front end to pull data from the spreadsheet web queries.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
