Advanced Programmers Needed For Search Indexing Tool

_**This is a pretty detailed Job and for Experienced Programmers Only...**_ (Please dont just scan through this.. Read it...) THE PROGRAMMER WHO I ACCEPT MUST ALSO BE ABLE TO SUPPORT AND MAKE MINOR CHANGES AND OR ADDITIONS IF NEEDED TO THE SITE FOR A PERIOD OF 6 Months...if its major changes.. then there will be pay.. ..we are not trying to make you a slave.. we just want to make sure you can be there to assist us incase of any troubles..should there be any.. Before I Choose you I must get the Basic Idea That You understand What We Need Done .. You must also be innovative.. You must understand Our Goal and Be able to give us more ideas or suggestions. please dont waiste our time as we do not plan to waiste yours. Time = Money We would Preffer To use A Unix Or Linux .. but really does not matter to us.. Whatever You as the Programmer Suggest is O.K as Far as you give a reason why you Select it.. Along with the Type of Database it Uses!. Please download the attached .Doc microsoft word file to read the rest of the descriptions.. thanks i have put in in .html .txt and .doc .... one of those should work .. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
