Act! CRM Functions Needed

We are in need of several functions written in VB.NET which will perform the following tasks using an ACT! 2005 database. These functions are to be added to an existing dll the source code of which will be provided to the accepted bidder. The coder will suplly the revisied source code as well as the compiled dll. These functions should include suitable commenting and explaination. Bidders will denote in their initial bid an estimate of the time required, as well as their experience in working with ACT 2005. An additional bonus is available for creating an identicle solution for SalesLogix as well. Suggested Functions: A set of functions to allow the calling application to iterate through every record in an ACT! 2005 database and query the contents of relevant fields of each record (email address, for instance) A function to return the record ID of the first record in the ACT! database that meets the given criteria (e.g., name, email), if it exists A function that instructs ACT 2005 to "jump" to a given record (i.e. display it on the user's screen, automatically starting up ACT if it isn't already running) based on some criteria (preferably, the record ID returned by Item 3 above) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VB.NET
