Le projet consiste en l'implémentation d'une solution métier dédiée pour une PME en forte croissance spécialisée dans la gestion de colocations meublées de bon standing. Il s'agira de développer sur plusieurs mois un système intégré de front-office et de back-office qui servira de principal outil de travail pour les employés et dirigeants de la société. Le développement peut-être résumé en deux grands blocs : - un site internet front-office qui servira de vitrine de rayonnement et d’interface commerciale avec l’ensemble des clients potentiels et existants de la société; - un outil back-office type ERP relié au front-office qui sera utilisé par les employés pour gérer et administrer plus facilement les colocations et améliorer le service client, et par les dirigeants pour piloter la société et améliorer sa performance. La société souhaite pouvoir maîtriser le développement de l'outil et le faire évoluer dans l'avenir. Aussi des solutions open source stables et éprouvées sont considérées. De plus, il sera important de connecter / interfacer le front-office avec le back-office afin de simplifier les processus et éviter les erreurs et complexités pour les employés. Aussi des plateformes permettant de développer et connecter facilement les attributs d'un CMS et ceux d'un un ERP seront choisies. OpenERP / Odoo constitue de ce point de vue un outil intéressant. Le projet demandera vraisemblablement plus de 50 jours / hommes, en raison de développements spécifiques importants sur la partie back-office. Un accord de confidentialité et un cahier des charges détaillé sera distribué aux développeurs intéressés.
