create a simple magento store using psd

I have a 3 psd (homepage, product page, category page) files for the design of a website and i require it to be integrated into magento community with paypal gateway. The products are food items that have to be prepared hence when the order is being placed the user should have the option to select a date from the calendar and enter their name, address and telephone number. This will then create the order and then the user pays using "paypal" or select "payment on delivery". This should in turn send an email which we have in html format to the user and also send an email to the admin of the website to provide details of the order. The admin should be able to set the status of the order from the admin end of magento. The order statuses will be processing, being prepared, ready. When these order statuses are changed, there should be a corresponding email which we will provide that gets send in our email template. This project is most suitable for a developer who has done work in magento before and has at least 1-2 years of solid experience.
