bonktown.com type store website needed

I need to create a website that will preform similiar functions as [login to view URL] & chainlove.com. I dont mean an exact copy but just similar in function, and it would be help to just visit those sites to be able to best picture the concept from my verbal description... The website needs to be able to showcase one product at a time for a specific time period (less than an hour at a time) and product quantity, and then automatically refresh to a new product when either the product is sold out or the time expires. I don't have any inventory yet so I don't need a fully integrated product just yet, I just want something to show my clients. It should look professional and be able to have a back end where I can insert mock products and prices. I would like a mock shopping cart too so we can play around and pretend to buy products to watch the next one come up, but this does not need to be a fully functional cart by any means (it just needs to integrate with the website function of a new product comming up as the old one is sold out) Also, this one product shown at a time may have different sizes or color options, so the site needs to be able to take that into account (i.e. a shirt that comes in 3 sizes and 4 colors would need 12 seperate listing choices) I have run a few sites on Joomla in the past, so I am a little familar with the language and concepts of running a website, but I would like this to be as simple as possible on the back end for me at this stage. As the project takes shape I will probably need continous service and development, so this can be a lucrative opportunity for you if I am happy with your initial service.
