Digital Creative Director

I am hiring a Digital Creative Director. The role is based in Singapore. You will be responsible for the development of strategically driven digital communications and user experiences for our clients. You must possess a passion and strong understanding of all things digital including social media, mobile and tablet. • Provide thought leadership to advance the digital channel • Develop breakthrough creative for digital communications; large data-driven websites, micro-sites, email campaigns, online advertising campaigns, flash demos, mobile (phones and tablets), apps, etc • Use extensive experience, creative talent, excellent management skills and strong leadership skills to inspire and direct a staff to produce the highest quality design conceptualizing and product development work • Demonstrate advanced experience in search-optimization of visual design and concept in interactive applications • Visually integrate and enhance architecture, user interfaces and navigation to match technical specifications. Present creative work to internal and client groups • Ability to generate sitemaps and wireframes in support of IA • Actively participate in new business presentations • Educate other team members on the digital channel • Must be able to function in a fast-paced collaborative environment and be able to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously Desired Skills & Experience • Diploma/Degree • Minimum 8 years design experience with at least 4 years at an interactive/digital agency • Passion for delivering breakthrough, creative and engaging user experiences • Demonstrated accomplishments in creative leadership, an understanding of social media, and experience designing for multiple platforms including mobile. Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in web and email standards, design and technologies • Formal training in graphic design, typography, interaction design and/or visual communications • Proven experience in leading a team • Those with extensive agency background and experience, especially B2C digital marketing will be strongly advantageous
