Develop the Screenshot

I need someone to take a screenshot and create the front end that links to each section on our current home page. The current home page is a standard WHMCS portal page. I have included the aesthetic look of the new site in two screenshots. One is the home page and the other is what the subsections of the site will look like when the link is clicked on the home page. This should take no more than one day for an experienced developer. Current screenshot only reflects the aesthetics. Some of the links will be different, such as Shop will connect to Order. And items like Server Status will need to be listed on the bottom of the page. In total, 12 links need to be assigned from the home page to the links on the portal page.
