Develop PHP MySql Site

Very small and simple is the site we need to sell a very reduced number of products. Every day and just for a day a different discounted product that only registered users will see listed on a page with the upcoming products / dates will be offered. If that is the date on the details page they will see the BUY option and can choose how many to buy. Through a processor we will charge them. The page of the product will show how many are left until they are finished. Also registered users can choose to receive an email with the product to remind them an x number of days in advance of the sale. We are creating all the user pages so no design will be required. The ADMIN will have to let us work with: - review / edit / search products (and upload to a directory a couple of pictures that could be resized if bigger than standard size) . - Adding next dates for sales indicating what product, date and hour of sale. - simple option to load email to be sent to users that required reminder (the actual content should be read from an html page and variables will be replaced with user info when sent.) A variable will specify how many days before the sale the email will be sent automatically . - review / edit / search user data. - review / edit / search sale info captured from credit card processor. - Lists of sales. - User of admin password change Again, it's a simple site with a simple password secured admin, we do not need any shopping bag or any other extra step. Any experienced company / programmer can use their previous code to create this very fast for PHP Mysql. Please only proven experienced candidates apply so as to get this going ASAP.
