Desk booking calendar w DB with staff (MySQL) and PHP

Desk booking calendar to be viewed on weekly or monthly presentation. The calendar should be based on American calendar. Each desk should be able for ADMINS to create as well define hours and number of staff to be involved. It should be easy the present calendar with booked staff and openings. By clicking on ''open" you should be able to book it. Booked positions should be able to changed by ADMINS or (Staff - If it is their booked positon) Have enclosed an XLS file to give an better idea. The budget is very tight so we are ready to limit some of the features depending the final price. If you have a better idea please return your ideas.
