Design a website for a money transferring agent business

A website similar to http://www.w e s t e r n u n i o [login to view URL] Similar format same fonts, size. Different look (images) text ofcause.

1. A Customer registration/management portal to register and send transfer/remittance requests using an online form.

Records are save in this portal with option to add edit delete, bulk delete, export by the admin.

Able to upload attached files with size restrictions. Submission of a transfer request through the form will be email to a nominated email with uploaded documents attached.

2. I need a admin portal to add and remove currencies and to change the rate of a currency list periodically (Daily).

These rates will be used for the calculator on the front of the site. Calculator offer to select the country and nominate the transfer amount and calculate.

3. A photos slide with link to pages of "find out more >>>" on the mail page.

4. News portal as seen on the example website. 4 Messages each row, preferably 2 rows. On the main page.

5. Links for pages at the bottom next to links to social networks. As a Visitor Counter.

6. A good contact us page with security for spamming. Like captcha.

These are the main modules I look for in the website. Functionality is to be streamlined to be more useful in a practical environment.
