Design my new website

Hey Freelancers, I am looking for a new landing page for my website [login to view URL] as it's flash based right now and I'm no longer wanting flash. The landing page must be visual and look similar to this site [login to view URL] in terms of imagery taking up the whole screen. After 5 to 8 images scroll through (which I can easily change/upload myself) I want link to the inside or guts of my website. This link will be some sort of call to action to get the visitor wanting to check out my golf tours and blog. This is where it's get tricky though. I want the "guts" or inside of my site to be easily manageable by myself. I was thinking wordpress as I have plenty of wordpress blog experience. However, I don't want the inside of the site to look or feel like wordpress if that makes any sense! A few examples of sites I like which may not be wordpress. You tell me but whatever they are, I like them and hope their easy to update manually! [login to view URL] I like how it's essentially one page and as you click the link, it drops you down to that portion of the page. [login to view URL] I like when this site pops up. It has "passionate about community" and a nice image below. They talk about what they do to the right of that and down below they list what services they offer. [login to view URL] I like the clean and simplistic look of this theme although I would like to have my site stand out a touch more than this one. Love the image gallery on the home page as well which would be nice to have if it scrolls and talks about each destination I offer travel too. [login to view URL] The same thoughts from the last theme apply to this one as well. Scrolling image gallery with a links menu above that. [login to view URL] Nice image scrolling image bar below the links menu again. [login to view URL] Same thing again with scrolling image gallery below the links menu. Like how the logo is front and center at the top of page as well and overall the site is clean and simplistic. Once a visitor has come into the main page (the guts or inside of my website as I have described it as so far) they would then be greeted by a site that looks similar to the ones I have posted. If it's not wordpress, I don't care just as long as I can update the content myself. There would only need to be a few pages set up with each one being a bit different. -Destinations -Travel Philosophy -Coaching Philosophy -Contact -Blog (which I would need switched over from [login to view URL] The theme would also be SEO ready and have the ability to add in the stuff like social sharing and a email newsletter sign up.
