Hello, We need an expert to design and program a responsive Joomla template that can support 2 languages: English (LTR) and Arabic (RTL). The website must be responsive to support all browsers and platforms. Arabic language is a must, and the design must be consistent. Website to also have Contrast and Text Size options. Logo files, etc. will be provided. Design concept and color scheme must follow the [login to view URL] website. Will provide suggested module layouts and fonts as we go forward. Design process will be 3 stages: 1. Concept: provide conceptual template images in order to get idea 2. CSS Programming in Joomla and Testing: we'll provide feedback at this stage, must be able to show a bi-lingual (English/Arabic) demo, and it must be responsive! 3. Finalize template: the final template must be an easy-to-install template file that can be used instantly with any Joomla 2.5+ instance. Thank you.
